Lionheart FM ("we," "our," or "us") is a 24/7 prophetic and Christian internet radio station, operated by LionHeart Generation Ministries (LHGM). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Lionheart FM apps (iOS, tvOS, and Apple Watch) and website, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
Sign-Up Form. If you choose to sign up for updates in the app, we collect your name and email address. This information is sent to and stored by MailerLite, our email service provider, so we can send you prophetic updates, prayer content, and station news. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Prayer Requests. If you submit a prayer request through the app, it opens your device's own email app with a message addressed to us. We do not separately collect or store this information beyond receiving it as a normal email; it is handled the same way any email sent to our ministry would be.
Streaming Data. To play the live radio stream, the app connects to our streaming server. Like most internet radio and web services, our server may log basic technical information (such as IP address and approximate listener counts) for the ordinary purpose of operating and maintaining the stream. We do not use this information to identify individual listeners.
Information We Do Not Collect. We do not collect your precise location, browsing history outside the app, or any payment or financial information through the app. We do not use advertising trackers, and Lionheart FM does not display third-party ads.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Send you ministry updates, prayer content, and station announcements (only if you sign up)
- Respond to prayer requests and other messages you send us
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the live stream
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share sign-up information only with MailerLite, our email service provider, solely for the purpose of sending the communications described above.
Children's Privacy
Lionheart FM is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link included in every email. You can also contact us directly (see below) to ask what information we have about you or to request it be deleted.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
