The audio won't play or keeps buffering.
Live streaming needs a steady internet connection. On a weak signal the app will keep trying to reconnect on its own — give it a few seconds, or tap play again. Switching between Wi-Fi and cellular can also help.
A station says "Station Offline."
That channel isn't broadcasting live content at the moment. Everything is working fine — try again later, or pick another channel.
How do I listen in the car?
Connect your phone to the car by Bluetooth or CarPlay and start a station. Your steering-wheel next/previous buttons switch channels within the same language.
Can I keep it playing with the screen off?
Yes — playback continues in the background and on the lock screen, with play/pause and channel controls.
